We were surveying a sewer to look for a fault – we had a feeling the rats were coming out of the sewer and up under the clients’ home somehow. When we found this defect, we thought it might be the cause but a very helpful rat came along to prove this was indeed the point of entry!
The remedial work was scheduled for the following week.
